What parents
usually ask.

Will my child get hit?

Training is age-appropriate and contact is carefully managed. Technical learning and control come before intensity.

Does my child need to be sporty?

No. The programme helps children develop physical literacy from their own starting point.

Is competition compulsory?

Never. A competition pathway exists for interested students, but confidence, enjoyment and steady development come first.
